Blaze Pizza - Complaint

Hello,

I would like to file a complaint against your establishment located at 525 Granville Square, Suite 127, Morgantown, WV. In the past 3 months, I have placed orders with this location by telephone and not thru the call center.

I did this on 9/17. 9/23, 10/16, 10/28 and 11/21. Absolutely no issues, the location took my order and my food was perfect.

I call today, 12/28 and I'm told I have to use the call center. I replied that I have placed orders without using the call center before, and they told me that I had not.

I replied that I had, and was informed there was no way I had done that. So I went to the location and asked to speak to the manager, who promptly informed me that I was wrong, that I had not placed orders without the call center and that basically I was lying.

The reason I don't use the call center is because my grandson wants a 4-cheese pizza without ricollta cheese and when ordering thru the call center the order gets messed up.

I do not appreciate being treated this way, nor do I appreciate being told that I didn't do something when I know I had done something on multiple occasions.
